“The most beautiful people are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have still found their way out of the depths. These people have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen.” ——Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
We cannot control the things that happen to us, but we can grow through the pain when bad things happen. There is a purpose, but you cannot see it yet. He will bring good out of the most difficult situations.
The struggle up the mountain is difficult and challenging, but at the top is a view that is unimaginable. Keep fighting the fight and win the race.
Overcoming struggles is what make us strong. We weren’t born brave. We develop it through trials, and sometimes those trials seem so unfair. I always try to remember this is not the world that God intended for us.
Rest in knowing you are being transformed. Every defeat that brought you down, the suffering that made you feel weak, the struggles to get through each day, and every loss that broke your heart will be used for good.
Who can you reach out to today with compassion and help them on their journey and bring beauty from your pain by helping others with your own experiences?
I hope you will do that this week because everyone needs to hear the encouraging, “You got this.”
“You never know how strong you are until being strong is your only choice.”
—-Bob Marley

No problem, I have your back. Have you purchased anything for your hands to provide support but allow for posting? I’ve tried so many and they all bother my wrist or hurt at seams. M

I’m looking into wall mounts for my computer.

Wouldn’t that be cool if you could have a shelf that raises above bed when not in use, then pull down when needed. Of course that requires a laptop or pad. Good luck. M

A bed trolley would work great and probably easy to make…time and money. 😉

What about a Chippendales dancer holding the desk for you all day, assisting you the entire day. You might forget just a touch of pain! HAHA

I’m still about “out” of it, yesterday was a new doctor’s appt. Waiting is nerve wreaking. Then you have to mull over the illness names though around. I’m out of bed which I could not do yesterday. Thanks for reblogging. 🙂

No worries. We will get it all done working together! The waiting in the office for the appointment is usually a bad experience for me, also. I am glad you are out of the bed today! My big meeting yesterday has knocked me out of it. Today is absolutely slow going trying to recover, and I’m sure it will extend into the weekend. I can deal with the pain better if I know I am doing something that can help other people. So, spirits are high. Thanks.

We feel the same on more than we know!!!!! We also are the last to give ourselves a break. My mental health gets level, feeling great and then a new or flare. The timing of starting a new business is not quite good timing. But that is my life, I try to laugh when not bitching or crying. My hands are in such pain and all the work needed requires my hands. I’ll push on, you’ll push on, we push together. God Bless.
